Germany’s scene for philanthropic support of media is unique. Journalism Funders Forum Hamburg will explore its changing nature with contributions from major German foundations and key players from existing and emerging media scenes. Our keynote speaker will be Patrice Schneider, Chief Strategy Officer of the Media Development Investment Fund, and a report on the state of philanthropy and media in Germany by Thomas Schnedler & Günter Bartsch of netzwerk recherche will be launched at the event.
